Dario Nichetti

As an international business executive with over 20 years of experience, I specialize in managing cross-cultural technical organizations and driving product innovation. My career has been built on a strong foundation in R&D management, polymer science, and technical leadership, underpinned by my Ph.D. in Macromolecular Science from Case Western Reserve University.

I am currently the Managing Partner at Rheonic Srl, a company I founded to provide consulting services to rubber industries, helping businesses enhance profitability through technical problem-solving and knowledge transfer. In parallel, I teach Rubber Technologies at Politecnico di Milano and am the author of more than 50 papers in the fields of rheology, rubber science, and processing.

Throughout my career, I have held leadership positions across various sectors, including cement production and chemical manufacturing, with a focus on product development, operational excellence, and R&D. I have been recognized with multiple awards for my contributions to product innovation, including two national prizes for advancements in environmentally friendly paints.

My international background, combined with proficiency in multiple languages, allows me to navigate complex, multicultural environments effectively, delivering technical and organizational transformations.
